How to Use

Enter an 11-digit mobile number to look up its registered location and carrier; the data covers the main number ranges nationwide. To look up an IP location, use the IP Location Lookup.

FAQ

How accurate is the phone number location lookup?

Results are based on a built-in nationwide number-range database that identifies the carrier (China Mobile / China Unicom / China Telecom) and the province and city. Due to number portability and recycled numbers, a few numbers may differ from reality — cross-check with other sources.

Why does the result show "unknown"?

Possible reasons: the number format is incorrect (it must be 11 digits), the virtual-operator range is not included, or a newly issued range has not yet been added to the database. Check the format and re-enter.

Is the registered location the same as the actual location?

Not necessarily. The registered location reflects where the number was first registered, not the user’s current physical location. It does not change when the user travels or moves. To look up the current IP location, use IP Location Lookup.

Does the lookup leak privacy?

This tool only parses the first 7 digits (number-range info) to determine the location and never records or uploads the full number to a server. The result contains only carrier, province and city — no personal identity information.
